Melissa Haefner is from the suburbs of Chicago and born to Mexican Immigrants. She is fluent in Spanish and has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master’s of Science in Training and Development from Loyola University Chicago.
She has 20+ years in the recruiting industry having worked at large companies like Target, CDW and Zones. She has led teams and helped them to build and scale their recruiting departments and sales organizations amongst other divisions.
She has also taught as an Adjunct Professor at DePaul University.
She is a mother of two boys, married and loves food, wine and the Chicago Cubs!
